Location was great to meet with family and friends. Front desk staff was supper in meeting our needs during the stay.

Pretty sure they didn’t change the sheets! Yuck!

Sheets were dirty. Gross!!! I stayed here from April 5 through the 7th. The Staff was super nice and the pool outside is sort of nice but the deck needs to be power washed. Dirty. The issue I had was when I checked in it was late and I was tired and when I went to go to bed— ugh—It looked like someone had already slept in the bed. There was a chocolate stain on the sheets and another light stain on the sheets. At least I hope it was a chocolate stain!! Also, there was a weird musty odor in the room. I think that whoever cleaned the room didn’t realize that someone new was coming in because the sheets did not look clean?? judge for yourself.

Great place to stay. Convenient location with amazing staff. Rooms are always clean and quiet. The Lincoln Park Mall is across the street. Restaurants and shopping close by. 20 minutes or less to both airports. Parking available for daily fee.

We picked this hotel because of the amenities but after checking in found out that non of the amenities were available. The pool and hot tub were doing for maintenance, even though the jets were on. The bar / restaurant were closed and staff did not know why.

The showers had mold crawling up the sides, there were fire ants in the rooms, the drawers were broken on the cabinets and rolling out into the room (we were given tape to tape them shut), the smell was awful like food and mildew. The staff was disinterested and rude. Will not ever stay here again, although the location is convenient, I would go out of my way not to stay at this Hyatt, and will consider never staying at a Hyatt if this sort of service and cleanliness is tolerated.
